I am not sure about you but I have a ton of Valentine gifts to make! I decided that this would be my week of "Love". I will be posting Valentine projects every day this week and sharing a bit of love with my first blog candy giveaway! So check back this Wednesday!
Today's
technique challenge on SCS was these adorable fortune tellers. Remember them from your elementary days? I LOVED them! If you don't remember how to make them, there is a template on
Martha Stewart's site. I didn't have a stick around the house so I cut down a chopstick! :-)
Recipe:Stamps: Be Mine
Paper: cerise, real red, close to cocoa, whisper white
Ink: regal rose, chocolate chip
Accessories: silver eyelets, scallop punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, 1 1/4" circle punch, 1" circle punch, stampin dimensionals, red polka dot ribbon. stampin write markers
I also decided to make more of the Criss Cross Boxes. The template is from the
Capture the Moment site. I made my first one back in the beginning of
January. They are so cute with this papertrey set. I embossed each of the main images with clear embossing powder to give them a bit of shine.
