225 Cards & Gifts MONSTER GIVEAWAY!!!!!

225 Cards & Gifts! 225? Amazing!! I can't wait to get my hands on this issue. The cover itself is inspiring and yummy! Don't you love the color combo?
Handmade gifts are priceless and I am always on the lookout for new ideas. :)

Speaking of gifts, a student in my night class just had a baby boy. He is SO CUTE!
I used the Bungle Jungle line from Sassafras Lass to make a gift set for her. Do you recognize the color combo? ;-)

The card is a gift cardholder. All you have to do is pull the ribbon and the gift card slides right out from behind the monkey.

I just love how this little box came out. Check out those handles! They were made from stickers.

I made a set of quick cards for her too. They coordinate with the other items and could easily be used as 'Thank You' cards.

You are not going to believe this but you have 12 chances to win one of these: Cricut Expression, YourStory Laminator/Binder, or a Yudu Screen-Printing Machine. Amazing, isn't it?

So what do you have to do? It is easy....just comment on 12 blogs. The winners will be announced on both the Moxie Fab World & PC Connection blogs on Tuesday, April 28th.

Here are the other 11 blogs:

What a great and oh so coordinated gift set! Love the colors and the little details, like the bottom edge of the cards with the color around each curve! My, My! So pretty! My most memorable gift was really a text message. My sig other is not demonstrative and had barely said a word about an international award I won. During the award presentation he sent me a text message letting me know how proud he was of me!

My most memorable gift was a "temporary" wedding band from my husband to wear while I was pregnant. I wasn't able to wear mine. I didn't want to get it sized or go without. I actually got it on our anniversary, and now it is an anniversary ring. It is really beautiful. It reminds me of carrying our child and our anniversary.

Wow! Your work is gorgeous! The most memorable gift I've ever received was a hand made card from my husband that listed about 100 things we've done together in our 15 years of marriage. He prefaced it by saying, "I'm not good at the creative stuff, but I hope you like it." lol. I LOVED it! :)

How cute!!! love what you created, the colors are so fun and cheery. One Christmas Eve, at my husbands Aunts home, we had a great dinner and opened our gifts. My mother-in-law would just go nuts with gift giving and she surprised me with a birthday cake and everyone sang and I blew out the candles. It was so thoughtful of her to not forget my b-day 12-24. And her card was just a memorable, her word of love just tugged at my heart. Thanks and have a SWEET day!!!

The most memorable gift I got was from my son when he was 8. I love Halloween so he made me such a cute card. I have saved it and take it out every once in a while to remember how sweet it was that he made me such a cute card (He is 16 now, and not so interested in making his mom any kind of card!)

One of the most memorable gifts I received was a delivery of a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my husband on a day that I experienced a miscarriage. My husband was out of town on a business trip when it happened. Only God could have planned the timing of the bouquet delivery because the flowers arrived only a couple of hours before I miscarried. I had been spotting all week and the miscarriage was eminent. My husband had flowers sent to me that morning and I immediately knew the love and concern my husband was expressing. I knew he felt helpless because he was out of town during a difficult time for me.

My most memorable gift...when my Hubby and I were dating (only a few months at the time) my Hubby for Easter bought me a huge Hello Kitty Easter basket. I loved it, so sweet and it will always be my most precious gift!

What a wonderful gift collection, Maren. The cards look so perfect all lined up--even the angle of the ribbon! My most memorable gifts are the ones that come from the heart -- touching notes, the hand-crocheted edges on pillowcases, the small wooden box my son made to keep dimes in, and the many acts of service I receive day in and day out from my wonderful husband.

The most memorable gift that I ever received was from my dad. He hademade me a jewelery box with a carving of a unicorn on the top with a fancy letter T. He put velvet inside and a music box that played 'bring in the clowns' which was a favorite song of my moms. Unfortunately it is gone from a fire. But the great feeling it gave me remains.

I love the gift set you made. What a lucky new mom. The most memorable gift I've received is a new teddy bear from my dad. I still have my original childhood teddy bear who is 32 years old. He is pretty worn out. My dad decided I could use a new one and bought one for me (without my mom's help or input) for my 35th birthday. It means so much to me!

Patti Jo said...

Most memorable gift was my husband seeing some purple flowers in the woods by our house and picked them for me. Meant more than if he went and bought them!

The most memorable gift I can think of and I am sure there are a lot more, but two years ago, my son was going to Afghanistan for a year and he had a layover in Dallas. While there, my daughter who lives in Dallas went to the airport to see him and for Mothers Day that year I received a beautiful frame with a picture of my daughter, her husband, my son and grandson. I have it sitting here on my desk at work. My son made it home safe and sound after his year was up, but he is heading to Iraq in another month or so.

Thanks for much for the opportunity to win a fabulous prize. I'll take any one of them.

Sebby said...

My most memorable gift would have to be my daughter...but for something more material, it's a tie between my itouch and tivo!

Ashlea said...

The most memorable gift I've received would have to be my engagement/wedding ring. I know it may sound cheesy, but receiving that ring from such a wonderful man, after having been married (VERY unhappily, and un-healthily {if that's anywhere even near a real word}) and divorced all before 22. We'd both been through a lot in our lives, and to find someone that would accept me, love me, AND complete me as he does was amazing to me. It's a simple ring (as we were both about broke at the time), but I love it so much because of what it meant at the time, and for what events make it mean to me as each day passes.

JennyM said...

Most memorable gift. I would have to say an old friend once gave me a vase, but I did not know what it was. It was plastic and looked like a lampshade. Needless to say, i never used it. It was very strange to say the least. Jenny

Pricousins said...

My most memorable gift? This past Valentine's Day. I am not much on chocolate and my boyfriend didn't have much money. He got me some cute pink and purple giraffes, a pair of hearts that say "I love Justin" (they're pink also), and some papercrafting supplies. He's such a sweet guy!

FibreJunky said...

My most memorable gift was a pair of saddle shoes the year I turned 11. My mom couldn't afford them. It was the only year my dad ever came through - and they arrived on my birthday, delivered by Fed Ex on Easter Sunday.

KellyMB said...

This one is easy. For my Birthday a few years ago my husband signed me up for some scrapbooking classes at my LSS that I had circled in the newsletter. He even lined up babysitting for me (for the ones that he would not be home for). To top all of this off he even made me a pocket card holding the receipts for all of the classes. He is the best!

WOW - most memorable, huh? I've been quite fortunate in the gift-receiving department. I have a great family and great friends that love to spoil me. I can't possibly pinpoint a "most memorable" but recently, my daughter gifted me with an early Mother's Day gift ... she's paying for me to take a Tim Holtz class. Quite generous, wouldn't you say? She's the best!

The most memorable gift I ever received was a Kodak Instamatic in the 70's. I wanted one so badly and was convinced my father bought it for me at Christmas. I was so ecstatic to open that gift!

My husband gives me gifts that truly surprise me – of course those are my favorite and most memorable. Just when I'm SURE he doesn't listen to me, he'll give me something I've quietly admired – like a Bernina embroidery/sewing machine. Or something I didn’t know I needed – like a surprise party for a "milestone" birthday. He planned and coordinated the weekend and travel so my parents, siblings and little nieces could join us at a central meeting point. We stayed at the lovely and historic Jekyll Island Club Hotel and had a wonderful surprise dinner and birthday weekend with my family – and I got a beautiful tennis bracelet as a “memento” of the occasion. It was a cold and rainy January weekend on the Georgia island, but I felt like sunshine! Not all have been such grand gestures and are just as memorable – like the coupons he made (that’s about as crafty as he gets) to redeem for things to be done around the house for me – including back rubs anytime I wanted one!

my most fvnon-craft item...was given me by a pst boyfriend. My daughtes were toddlers and the home I lived in had a deck which was fairly high in the air. I came home from work on my birthday and he had put up wire fencing, so that there would be no accidents. It was truly a gift from the heart and that made it so special. That may sound goofy to you...but thats my story!!

LOVE the projects you created!

My most precious gifts were not the "usual" gifts that one thinks of. My gift was not in the form of a car, or a cruise, or Studded tires,or a diamond necklace, etc. My most memorable, precious gift was not of a worldly nature. It was the birth of my two sweet, beautiful boys. Hayden 3 1/2 and Chase 1 1/2. I was 36 by the time I was actually able to conceive and carry a baby full term. After getting married later in life, and unable to conceive for a few years and then not be able to carry a baby to term, I was FINALLY blessed with my two beautiful boys with in to years of each other. No worldly gift, could ever be as memorable than the gift of life! My gift(s) is PRICELESS!

My most memorable gift would have to be a pine tree shaped car fragrance thingy. In the middle of the night, around Christmas time, I was complaining that our "fake" tree smelled musty. He ran right out to the grocery store looking for something that smelled like pine. The closest he found was this car air freshener (that smelled nothing like a pine tree). But I hung it on the tree and it became our ornament for 2008. A symbol of how far he will go to make me happy.

Your art work is amazing...I love what you have done here...the colors are fabulous! My most memorable gift is a Christmas ornament of Yogi (remember Yogi and Boo Boo the cartoon) from my then 13 year old daughter...It was after a "really" bad time in our lives where she called me Yogi and I called her Boo Boo.

I LOVE the YUDU! Looks like fun to design on fabrics!

My most memorable gift-its pretty big- 8 foot tal to be exact! My husband one Christmas took some reclaimed Plantation shutters, and straight out of a craft mag screwed a pair of them together side by side, added 'feet' so they could stand alone, painted, distressed it creamy white and put vintage hooks I had on it to hang whatever from it!
He did this ALL in the 2 days before Christmas, and wouldnt let me into the garage! Not even to kiss him goodbye on my way to a Christms cookie party! LOL
Its been painted black now, and may end up another color sometime, but I just love it! And him!

Thankyou for the chance to win!

I think the most memorable gift I have ever received was a wooden framed mirror from my sister for Xmas one year. It hangs in my kitchen and I put all the beautiful cards that people send me on the little shelf at the bottom.

It was my first mothers day where my son was old enough to make me something and my first and only child so it was so special. It made me almost cry to see all the time he spent making it for me. and when he handed it to me I was so greatful to just be a mom...his mommy! :)
