Celebrate Everything!

I don't have much time to stamp today so I set the timer & this is what came from it! In my rush, I smudged a bit of ink on the Celebrate Everything sentiment! But I was against the clock & HAD to be okay with it! This card is for today's Ways to use Flowers challenge on SCS. All I have right now are some American Craft (Green House) felt flowers....which only come in red, olive, or eggplant! I had to experiment with those colors & this is what I came up with! I used A Beautiful Life stamp to make a template for that green flower. Then, I cut it out & used the eastern elegance rub-ons on that flower & the bottom of the card.
Recipe:
Stamps: Celebrate Everything, A Beautiful Life
Paper: ruby red, elegant eggplant, old olive, bali breeze dp, whisper white
Ink: ruby red, old olive
Accessories: Greenhouse felt flowers (American Craft), corner punch, eastern elegance rub-ons, silver brads (memory makers), old olive 5/8" ribbon, paper piercer, mat pack, stampin dimensionals

I really like all the depth on the card with the layers, ribbon and flowers. I must learn to do more of that.

Great card, Maren! I think your color experiment had beautiful results! I know I sometimes think I can create a card in 15 or 20 minutes, but it doesn't always happen that way. Maybe I'll try setting a timer too.
